Estimator Position:

We offer quality leads through carefully selected advertising and marketing strategies.
Our office staff, after qualifying leads, sets your appointments for you.
We use a sophisticated customer relations management software to keep track of all appointments and analytics. Which is also used to provide quick professional looking estimates directly to our customers.
Vehicle, laptop, drone and fuel card provided.
You will be trained on our selling system and supported along the way.
Onboard training is hourly and takes 3 to 4 weeks. Once trained, you'll be paid straight commission with no cap on your earnings.
Option to use your own vehicle and equipment for a higher commission percentage. (This option is conditional)
Requirements:
Primary function is to meet with new and existing customers to provide roofing, insulation, and/or exteriors estimates.
Must have a valid Class 5 drivers license and smart phone.
Must be computer literate.
Must have clean criminal record.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, organized, hand in completed paperwork on time, active listening, negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of the company's products or services.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify, trouble shoot and resolve issues.
Roofing experience is not a requirement.
