THIS IS A FAST PACED JOB WHICH REQUIRES A STRONG EMPLOYEE WHO IS ABLE TO MULTI TASK AND PUSH THEMSEVES TO KEEP UP WITH THE FAST PACE OF THE KITCHEN

As a Lead Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas, pastas and other food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a kitchen, we would love to hear from you.

We are a High End Fast food Pizzeria located in MILTON. We are looking to add an experienced pizza maker to our amazing team !
Schedule is SET - 9pm - 5am (TUESDAY- FRIDAY) or (FRIDAY - MONDAY)

Must be available for one of these two set schedules - no exceptions!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to ;
Making pizza by hand
Filling pizza toppings
Cooking pastas / other dishes
Cooking pizza
general kitchen help
Cleaning
Cross training other stations

Duties:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly portioned and prepared
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and pizza-making methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils used in pizza preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well as part of a team
