We have an Excellent Estate Sale at 2027 Ogilvie Road, Friday 11 Apr 4-8pm, Sat and Sun 12-13 Apr 10am – 2pm

PLEASE read all information in the listing. Unfortunately, we are very busy with setting up and are unable to answer emails. Prices are not given prior to the sale. No valuables are store at the house.

We welcome you to this “open house” sale (no appointment required). This is an excellent estate with plenty of art, collectibles modern and retro items. Stand up freezer and small refrigerator are for sale. Other major appliances are not for sale (Oven, Fridge, Washer, Dryer, dishwasher, BBQ and work bench with vice – not for sale).

We will be limiting the number of people allowed into the house at one time. Please be aware that you may have to wait outside. To reduce your time at the sale and to enable others to enter more quickly, we encourage viewing photos online in advance of attending the sale to have an idea of what may be of interest. There will be a list outside the main entrance to mark your place in line to enable you to wait in your vehicles. Please line up 5 minutes prior to the opening time in your numbered spot.

There is NO parking on Ogilvie Road. Please park around the corner in designates areas and do not block other buyers' vehicles. Or, you can get creative around the neighborhood. Please do not park in driveway.

The Ogilvie Road sale features plenty of quality items: Excellent smaller size dining set with buffet, Large assortment of old Canadian bank notes and coins (silver and nickel dollars – photos to follow), selection of antique sterling items, pair of love seats, many prints of Ottawa valley locks - Babelowski, various LPs (rock, easy listening, autographed Max Webster album, classic, etc), single bed and double size hide a bed, flat screen TVs, high boy dresser, computer accessories and pc games, large selection of table and floor lamps, household decor with many bird and dog themes, tea cups and saucers, James Bond paperbacks, large collection of thimbles, blankets and electric blankets, single bed foam pad, perfumes, crystal ware and glassware, Webley pellet gns(no license required but sold to adults only), retro porcelain salt and pepper sets, selection of hand and power tools, Dremel power tools, office desk, kitchenware and small appliances, plenty of serving and food prep pieces, gardening items, flower pots and garden tools, garden decor, wheelbarrow, pressure washer with hose in reel box, bird feeders and baths, small patio set, Near new seed spreader, storage benches, Superb assortment of Christmas items, large assortment of frames, vacuum cleaners, etc…..

Important: Please use supplied shopping bags and/or boxes. No personal shopping bags permitted. You will need to remove footwear after entering the house, thus we recommend you bring indoor footwear for your comfort. There will be a sign in board but entry will be monitored at the beginning of the sale.

IMPORTANT: Please do not attend the sale if you feel sick, have Covid symptoms, or have been traveling or been exposed to high risk situations.
We offer fair prices but are mindful that we do not own the goods and we are working our best for the estate while giving you a fair price.
