About the Role
We are looking for five highly motivated individuals (3 males, 2 females) to handle 70-100 inquiries per person per day. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Provide clear, professional, and prompt responses to inquiries.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience.
Counseling & Enrollment Support
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assist clients with their needs.
Guide clients through the enrollment process and ensure a smooth transition.
Maintain high client retention and satisfaction.
Administrative & Operational Support
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records of client interactions.
Organize and manage client progress documentation.
Assist with office operations as needed.

What You Bring
✅ Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
✅ Experience: At least 1 year in counseling, customer service, sales, or a related role (Preferred)
✅ Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
Availability
Must be available 7 days a week (you will receive 2 days off per week, but availability across all 7 days is required).
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Structure: Commission-based (Unlimited earning potential for driven individuals!)
Work Location: In-person at our Brampton office (must be able to commute reliably).
