Job Duties
1) Repair shoes including replacing soles, heels, and other parts such as zippers, lining of the shoes, Velcro, elastic band and any decorative accessories on the shoes
2) Repair leather bags and purses including changing internal pockets, zippers, and any hardware accessories
3) Repair any leather clothing including replacing zippers, collars, cuffs, shoulders and any other parts
4) Repair belts and paint leather edges and repair other similar products
5) Assist in shop operations and train and mentor junior shoe repairers
6) Estimate repair costs
7) Purchase materials needed to repair products such as shoes, clothes, bags, belts, gloves, and suitcases

Skills Requirements (includes education and work experience)
1) Minimum Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
2) Minimum 2 years of shoe repairer experience
3) Ability to use and operate sewing machines, buffing and other shoe repair machines and equipment
