Office Receptionist Wanted!

We are looking for a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage appointments and schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
