Looking for a full time building manager to start immediately to manage several condominium complexes on east side of Saskatoon. Maintenance and oversight of lawn care crew, wintertime sidewalk snow removal and general grounds responsibilities.

Duties include lawn care, snow removal. maintenance throughout the properties, janitorial work and general repairs. Suitable person must have good communication skills and good clear english spoken and written are a must. Successful candidate must be very personably with a welcoming personality.

Must have a truck and a valid drivers license along with a clean criminal record.
