Older Acer desktop that doesn't turn on (no video). Includes the power cable.
Technical details:
Powers on, but no video. I don't have a VGA cable (gave it away here LOL) to test using the onboard video, but when I removed the video card, system just beeped at me anyways. Located a loose capacitor on the video card, but reseating it allowed it to power on with video once, but not the next time.
