Private Bedroom (unfurnished) available in Four Bedroom house with fully fenced backyard.

All current roommates are ages 30s-50s and we all keep to ourselves. We are kind and friendly but just prefer solitude in our respective areas and are looking for one more person who feels the same :)

We are extremely quiet and do not permit loud music, partying of any kind, guests, smoking/vaping/drinking/drugs or anything like that.

The kitchen, bathroom and laundry are all shared spaces. The three people who live on the main level are expected to work together to keep that space clean and tidy.

Feel free to bring furnishings for the main living room and make it as homey and cozy as you would like! There is a deck in the backyard, a fire pit and and garage that can be used for storage if needed.

In the summer we have been known to gather at the fire pit for a wiener roast and some socializing, then we retreat back inside for more solitude! LOL

The basement tenant has a sweet 10-year-old Basset Hound who stays downstairs much of the time, but he loves cuddles and would not mind another canine friend to move in upstairs for the odd visit and some zoomies!

We are looking forward to meeting our new roomie very soon!
