Mini home for sale only not the land & the buyer is responsible for moving it to it new location.

We believe it a 1980's mini home on the info we got up to now. It also looks like it was a 3 bedroom before but now a 2 bedroom. It has not been lived in since my father pass away a few years ago.

The structural frame is in good condition so if someone wanted to do the necessary repairs for it to be lived in as a full-time home it worth doing so. The repairs that were done when my dad got it would've been finished properly it would be in better shape today.

New roof & all the windows except the front kitchen window were replaced 12yrs ago. Along with a couple of other things along the way until he pass.

Since I own my own construction business for many years now I've repairs things way worse than this. The back wall bottom plate needs repairs and maybe other places as well from water damage.

Our plan is to build a new home and if we still have this when we're ready to do so we'll be saving over 10000 in parts alone by tearing this down from the roof trust, windows and a few other things. That why we're asking 10000 AS IS not 9500 or anything close.
