Position Overview:
As a Watch Sales Associate, you will be the welcoming face of our store, responsible for delivering excellent customer service while maintaining efficient store operations. This role combines sales expertise with operational responsibilities to create an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

⚫ Provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic customer service to drive sales

⚫ Achieve individual sales targets and earn commission on select products

⚫ Maintain accurate inventory and organize merchandise displays

⚫ Process transactions and handle daily operational tasks

⚫ Remain energetic and professional during high-volume periods

⚫ Develop product expertise to effectively communicate features and benefits

Ideal Candidate:

⚫ Interest in fashion, accessories, or retail (prior watch experience preferred but not required)

⚫ Ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment

⚫ Strong multitasking skills to balance sales and operational duties

⚫ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

⚫ Positive attitude and professional presentation
