I have a 8x8 mobile building originally used for selling vegetables. One side lifts up, had door and window that should probably be replaced. Could use some exterior prepping and has a couple of soft spots in the floor. I don't have any papers for it but it is transportable. The tires hold air and it can be hauled with a truck. I used it for storing spare tires in but I no longer need it. Would make a great vegetable stand or chicken coop. Or just use it for storage.
