St. Isidore Co-op is seeking a Lumber Yard Associate & Delivery Driver to join our team.

This role involves assisting with loading and unloading of materials in the yard, maintaining organization, and delivering products to customers safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply!
Located in St. Isidore, our Co-op offers a Home & Building Center, Feed, Farm Equipment, Agro Center, Bulk Petroleum, Cardlock Services & Food Store.

What you will do:
• Assist customers with loading and unloading building materials, lumber, and hardware products.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other yard equipment. (Training to be provided)
• Maintain an organized and clean yard, ensuring products are properly stored
• Safely drive and deliver orders to customers
• Verify orders before delivery and ensure accurate, timely drop-offs
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and assist with unloading if needed
• Follow all company and safety policies while working in the yard and on the road

Qualifications & Skills
• Valid driver's license (Class 1 or 3) with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in deliveries, warehouse and yard work preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Forklift experience (training may be provided)
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
