Hello, my name is Lauren.  Since 2019, I have enjoyed working at Montessori Start Inc. My present position as an Early Child Assistant and Early Childhood Educator for the Infant subgroup requires me to serve as a role model to my fellow staff and students. While there, I have also occasionally worked in the Infants and Toddlers and Pre Casa classrooms.  I attended an independent, inclusive private school and various summer camps throughout my childhood. My experiences and observations at school and camp taught me the importance of cooperation, responsibility, and teamwork and how to navigate different social circles and adapt to diverse environments. I have come to appreciate different personalities and different learning styles may respond best to different teaching approaches. My love of the arts, and involvement in drama and music reinforced my sense of teamwork and showed me the importance of being able to rely on others and ensuring that others could comfortably rely on me.  I am available from 6 pm to 10 pm weekdays and anytime during the weekend.   Please let me know if this is for you.
