We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Finish Carpenter to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to learn and grow in the trade, with the chance to work alongside experienced carpenters on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation and finishing of woodwork, trim, cabinetry, and other carpentry components

Learn to measure, cut, and install molding, doors, windows, baseboards, and other finish carpentry elements

Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently

Follow blueprints, designs, and project specifications

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and craftsmanship

Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and client expectations

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and materials is a plus

Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions (for outdoor projects)

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
