Admin Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Brampton office. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and supporting various functions including recruiting, sales, coordination, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruiting processes and candidate management
Support sales team with administrative tasks and client coordination
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Manage office supplies and handle general office duties
Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members
Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required
