This, only used twice, Camper “is a real Gem”. It's ideal for a couple and kitchen table drops down to create a small bed. It also boosts a stylish Sofa with extra-large drawers' underneath and turns into a Queen size Murphy Bed. This camper is equipped with a spacious 8cu ft refrigerator and separate freezer providing plenty of room for perishables.
The Caravan has a very stylish interior with light Maple cabinets and doors, along with an electric slide out in eating area creating an even larger living space. In the central area along with the large capacity fridge/freezer is a 2-burner propane stove, more cabinets, a microwave and a very large sink.
There is abundant storage in the unit and separate closets beside the queen side bed. Included in the extras is a ceiling Air Conditioner, power vents in open areas, propane furnace controlled by a thermostat and an electric fireplace which not only gives a wonderful ambiance but provides adequate heat.
The full width of the rear of the unit is a spacious bathroom with foot action porcelain toilet, full corner shower, a sink on lower cabinet beside a towel cupboard for added storage. The bathroom also has a powered vent, and a skylight.
The complete trailer is equipped with LED lighting, including the 14 ft electric awning. It has a 2-way hot water tank and holding tank for grey and dark water. All the hoses and drain pipes are included with the trailer. The windows in the unit are all large to allow plenty of light and all host adjustable blinds. There is a radio and CD player with inside and outside speakers and an attachment at the rear for a Propane BBQ. At the front of the trailer is additional outside storage. The caravan is hydraulic; putting the dining slide out, adjusting the awning and raising the hitch is all a push of a button. Also included is an Anti-Sway hitch which we had put on at point of purchase. The camper is a single axle with a towing length of 21.9 ft. The living area has a spacious 18 ft inside length. No need for extras with this caravan. It is fully equipped, and everything is as brand new.
