I'm a filmmaker looking for an empty warehouse or large indoor storage area to use for a one day shoot this summer. 40' x 40' would be an ideal minimum size requirement but if the location has character/unique features I can sacrifice it. Must have concrete floors (no dirt floors), power, and bay doors and a washroom would be preferred. Ideally looking to use for a 12-14 hour shoot. Budget is probably between $250-$300.
