2006 Audi A4 3.2 - Read Ad - Needs Transmission and Exhaust Work.

Looking to sell my 2006 Audi A4 V6 3.2, I bought a newer car as this car has some transmission issues and exhaust leak that came up this winter. I am the second owner i bought it in 2018, the car runs well when the weather and transmission are warm, but when the temperature is around 0C and below there is a grinding noise under acceleration, there is a fluid pumping issue in the transmission which has been noticeable since 165k and has since gotten worse. Filter changes and fluid changes have little improvement. The engine model code is BKH and transmission model code is HHM. The exhaust had corroded and the flex-pipes would need to be replaced as well. Upper front ball joints have slight play and can hear clicking sometimes over low speed bumps or u-turns. the car history does show a damage claim to the front driver side and head light, the previous owner hit a deed but this was repaired.

The good thing is the car runs and is driveable, has the V6 3.2 motor, 4 new summer tires from 2024 with about 10,000km on them, it comes with both 18" summer and 16" winter wheels. The body has a small paint blister on the rear right fender, otherwise the body and interior is in good condition for the age. Has xenon head lights with range and turning motors which work. The gauge cluster is the led version which came with the early higher trim 3.2, cabriolet and S4 models.

The car is good for parts, but if someone wants a certified car, the car will require major work to replace or repair the transmission and replace the flex pipes and clamps.
