Seeking Customer Service Representatives in Downtown Toronto
Our small downtown Toronto office is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team! We offer both part-time and full-time positions with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
* Process orders efficiently and accurately
* Assist the accountant with basic tasks
* Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Multitask effectively and manage time efficiently
* Communicate professionally and clearly, both verbally and in writing
* Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism
Requirements:
* Must reside in downtown Toronto
* Students from U of T, TMU, and George Brown College are welcome
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation:
* Earn $600-$800 per week
