*Handyman Wanted for Rental Apartment Maintenance*

We're seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perform miscellaneous repairs and maintenance jobs for our rental apartments in the Montreal area.

*Responsibilities:*

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental properties
- Fix leaky faucets, toilets, and other plumbing issues
- Repair or replace light fixtures, ceiling fans, and other electrical components
- Paint and finish interior spaces as needed
- Perform general carpentry work, such as repairing or building cabinets and shelves

*Requirements:*

- 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a related field
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays (if required)

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Experience working with rental properties or in the construction industry
