The Ankarsrum is a Swedish design and has been on the market since 1940. It will knead, whip and beat various baking mixtures. You can find an online instruction book at their web site.
There are additional attachments, which can be purchased, that will create lasagna noodles, fettuccine and spaghetti noodles. There is a blender attachment, meat mincer, vegetable cutter, citrus press, grain mill in addition to other accessories and accessory packages.
