Store Stock Clerk
Stock clerk responsibilities include assisting customers, unloading of deliveries (50 lbs or more), restocking of shelves and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness in the store. Your desire to exceed customer expectations, positive attitude and ability to multi-task, coupled with your organizational and time-management skills, will help you to excel in this position.
Store Cashier
A cashier has working knowledge of Point of Sale systems as well as interac machines. You are our front line contact with customers and, consequently, you are integral to the customer experience. Your cheery personality, passion for providing outstanding customer service, together with a keen eye for detail and a pitch-in attitude are excellent attributes for this role.
Store Supervisor
The Bulk Barn supervisor assists in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business. A hands-on approach is necessary in managing staff and ensuring that Bulk Barn standards are maintained. You have a keen interest in retail merchandising and working knowledge of MS Office applications. Your supportive nature, ability to train and motivate staff, along with your excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve issues in a positive fashion, are some of the main qualities that make you a strong candidate for this position.
Store Manager
A Bulk Barn manager must demonstrate a hands-on approach to daily store operations. You have a strong retail background as well as the knowledge and skills necessary to run a successful operation, with a vision for increasing sales and growing the business. Flawless execution of policies and procedures is your goal. You lead by example and you are adept at recruiting, training, coaching and scheduling your team to achieve/maintain the Bulk Barn standards. You are an expert at delivering outstanding customer service and resolving conflict. Computer skills and ability to interpret reports are required.
