We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to help manage daily administrative tasks. This role offers a flexible work-from-home schedule, making it ideal for individuals who are organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Responsibilities:
• Manage emails and correspondence
• Organize and maintain digital files
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Perform data entry and record-keeping
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • High attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not really required.
