Job Description:
We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly individual to join our team as an Administrative Front Desk Assistant. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized
• Assist with other office duties as required
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous administrative or front desk experience is preferred
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
