Allan Block Courtyard series blocks. I have 105 wall blocks and 78 cap blocks. The blocks are no longer commercially available. You must pick them up. The wall blocks are 17 inches long by 7 inches deep by 6 1/4 inches high. The caps are trapezoidal - 9 inches wide at the back, 7 inches wide at the front, 10 inches long, by 3 1/2 inches high.
