44 Unit west end walk-up building

We are searching for a self-motivated a live-in Building site manager couple.
One to stay home and manage day to day operation.
The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for performing tenant management, basic maintenance and general cleaning & upkeep of the building.
They must exhibit a high level of workmanship and respect for building residents and delivers on our promise to provide best customer service and a safe, clean, and elevated living experience for residents. Must have cell phone, computer & printer.

Duties
• Answer phone calls and from tenants and rental inquiries.
• Show apartments to prospective tenants. Process all leasing paperwork, procedures
& Move in or move out inspections.
• Collect rent, deliver to management office & follow up on arrears.
• Enforce rules and regulations of lease agreement.
• Negotiate lease renewals.
• Delivery of notices and paper work to tenants and office.
• Ensure walkways are clear of snow, ice, and other debris. Spread ice melt, sand or rock chips.
• Cleaning of all common areas including building hallways, entrances, parking lot & pathways.
• Vacuum/wash floors, hallways, stairs, windows, light globes, spot wash walls in building common area.
• Assist with minor maintenance & repairs as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, potential clients & contractors.
• Performing regular security checks & walk through in building and parking lot.

• Qualifications
• Prior experience with apartment building management an asset, but will train.
• Must be physically & mentally fit and ready to work.
• Strong customer service focus and a team player who is willing to pitch in wherever required
• Employment is subject to a criminal background check free of relevant convictions


Salary: $1300.00/month (before deductions) 2-bedroom suite rent free (value of $1200)
