Great condition structurally. But marked up by spray paint / markers / Stickers.

We made it more secure by attaching bed to wall. See photos. Otherwise bed wiggled a bit when kid moving around

Not enough space for a desk underneath bit enough space for a kid to play there or sit cross legged or on a bunch of pillows

Can't deliver.
