Hendriks custom Exteriors is a growing and reputable siding installation company, specializing in exterior renovations including siding, eavestrough, soffit, fascia, windows, and doors. Serving the Niagara region. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Siding Laborer to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Siding Installer, you will be an integral part of our installation team, assisting with various aspects of siding projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

* Assisting with the installation of various types of siding (e.g., vinyl, aluminum, wood, composite).

* Preparing surfaces for siding installation, including removing old siding, sheathing repair, and ensuring a clean work area.

* Measuring and cutting siding materials accurately.

* Carrying and handling materials, including lifting, and moving siding panels, tools, and equipment.

* Working safely at heights, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.

* Maintaining a clean and organized job site.

* Operating and maintaining tools and equipment, such as saws, nail guns, and ladders.

* Working effectively as part of a team.

* Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in siding installation or general construction is an asset, but not required for entry-level positions. We are willing to train the right candidate!

* Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

* Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

* Basic understanding of construction safety practices.

* Comfortable working at heights.

* Own transportation and tools are an asset.

* Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
