Job Overview:
We are looking for skilled AZ Drivers with experience in heavy haul, open trailer, and rigging to join our machinery moving team in Milton. This is a full-time, permanent position where drivers will be an integral part of machinery installation and relocation crews. This is NOT a long-haul driving role but will involve working closely with a team to transport and install machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive company equipment in a safe and defensive manner.
• Work as part of a machinery installation and relocation crew.
• Ensure compliance with all safety rules, procedures, and Ministry of Transportation laws.
• Assist team members with machinery installation and relocation tasks.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients and team members.
• Maintain a consistent and excellent attendance record.
• Occasionally work weekends and overtime, though the main schedule is Monday to Friday.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the team.

Job Requirements:
• AZ License is required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience operating tractor-trailers.
• Forklift experience is an asset (willing to train the right candidate).
• Satisfactory driver's abstract (no older than 30 days) and no DUI violations within the last 5 years.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical manual work.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Willingness to grow with the company and contribute to a great team environment.

Physical Demands:
• Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching.
• Handling tools and lifting of materials.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role as part of a team.
