A day in the life…
· Prep, prepare, & blend whole food smoothies and related food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service
· Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about smoothies, nutrition, living a healthy lifestyle, and our product lineup
· Setup, cleanup, stock. inventory work, event preparation and handling of food items
· Ordering & Purchasing product if necessary

· The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with and coworkers
· The ability to take charge & lead a team
· The ability to take charge & work at times without direction or micro-managment
· Thrived in a fast-paced environment and embraced working a flexible schedule
· Monitoring the weekly inventory of the cafe
· Solve any customer complaints or issues
· Follow all food safety regulations
· Schedule staff and cover for any shifts
· Hire and train new employees
· Set long term goals for the cafe
· QUALITY CONTROL for beverage & product production- Ensuring high quality product is maintained

· A food handler's card where required by local regulations (we'll give you set up for this)
· 5 year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred

Expected start date: ASAP
Job Types: Part-Full Time, Permanent (needs to be available 9-8pm)
18-28 hours per week to start, then 30-50 hours
Salary: $20-24 per hour depending on experience
