Asking $550 per month and the same amount for damage deposit, all utilities are included. The renter will share the bathroom and kitchen on the main floor with the other female tenants. So, a FEMALE renter is preferred. The room is fully furnished, all you need is just moving in. Parking is available on the street. The address is in Fairhaven area and it is near bus station (5 mins walk) and shopping malls (confederation mall, walmart, etc) and gyms (fit4less, anytime fitness) and Shaw center. The room is available right now. Long term tenant is preferred (at least 6 months).

No smoking inside the house!
