We are seeking a part time building operator to help maintain buildings in the downtown area. Typical shifts are 4 to 6 hours between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Minimum 32 hours per month. Wage starts at $19 per hour and the candidate must speak, read and write excellent English, be punctual, maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

This position has great exposure to several fields of building operations such as maintenance, office administration, cleaning & yard care.
