2019 Jordan 4 bred used and have some scuffs on the side can be negotiated also have potential to repair I want these shoes to be sold for 200 or even less

I tried fixing the scuffs but I didn't have the right painting tools for it and I cleaned the shoes up and tried cleaning the laces when I first got them they were in worse condition but now they are better they also have some scratches on the suede but I'm pretty sure they can be removed because there mainly dirt I'm not sure
