Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable carpenter with proven experience in both residential and agricultural projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail. As an experienced carpenter, you will play a key role in constructing, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, steel, and other materials using hand and power tools
• Install frameworks, steel cladding, drywall, windows, doors
• Perform carpentry tasks related to building walls, roofing, and steel work
• Repair and maintain structures, including
• Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety regulations, and quality expectations
• Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on time
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
• Minimum of [3-4] years of carpentry experience in residential and agricultural settings
• Proficient in using carpentry tools and machinery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices on the job site
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with framing, steel cladding etc...
• Certification in carpentry or related trade
• Working at Heights certification or safety training
