Location - Northwest Brampton

Position - Full Time (No Students)

We are a leading real estate team in the GTA seeking an experienced Female Inside Sales Rep Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate administration, strong Communication and organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Nurture and follow up with leads to build relationships.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
Daily social media post & video editing
-You will collaborate seamlessly with your team to help turn clients' dreams of homeownership into reality.

-Collecting and organizing information, as well as preparing real estate documents for closing, will become second nature to you.

– Help create and manage marketing materials, social media posts, and email campaigns. Bonus if you have videography/photography skills or are keen to develop those skills!

Experience:

Real estate assistant: Must Have 2 years Experience (required)

Work Location: In person

Work Remotely : NO

Must be able to speak English & Hindi (Must Have)

Speaks Punjabi (Good to have)
