Two rooms are for rent in this private home with a fabulous Oceanview off the back deck. Rental starts May 1 and is month-to-month. Females with day jobs are preferred.

The first room has a single bed, dresser, laminate floors and a roomy closet. It rents for $700 per month.

The second room is a little bigger with a queen-sized bed, dresser and a roomy closet. It rents for $800 month-to-month.

Both rooms share the same bathroom. Tenants take turns cleaning the bathroom every two weeks.

Rent includes heat, hot water, access to the kitchen and access to the laundry facilities. Laundry costs $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Wifi is also included.

There is parking available in the double-wide driveway or on the street. The bus stops a block and a half away.

No smoking, no vaping, no alcohol and no drugs. This is a clean, quiet house. The kitchen is closed from 10 pm til 7 am daily. For a viewing, please reply giving me at least 24 hours' notice.
