Ralph Mackay's Auto Repair is full service, automotive repair and maintenance shop serving Riverview, Moncton and surrounding areas with many years of consistent and friendly service. Ralph Mackay's Auto Repair has been in business since 1995 and started with a 2-bay operation. Now, thanks our growing clientele we have expanded to 6 bays. We always strive to give our customers honest and reliable service.

Successful candidate must have the following minimum qualifications:
Ralph Mackay Auto Repair is currently recruiting for a full time Service Advisor. This position is primarily responsible answering customer phone call, listening to the customers car troubles and ensuring to ask follow-up questions to better assess the problem. In addition, scheduling customer appointments, creating work orders and assigning jobs to technicians.

Responsibilities:
• Asks customers to explain specific vehicle issues.
• Answering customer phone calls.
• Enters customers information into system database.
• Creating work orders and entering parts information into system database.
• Advises customer to formulate the best service plan for their budget and needs.
• Assigns service to specific technicians.
• Provides cost estimates to customers.
• Processes payments.


Qualifications:
• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED is a requirement.
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in the automotive industry.
• Possesses working knowledge of the makeups, frequent problems, and necessary maintenance for a variety of service skills.
• Strong organizational skills, motivation, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and billing statements.
• Strong customer service skills and to handle multitask.
• Ability to work in a safe and orderly manner.
• Team player who is able to develop and maintain supportive work relationships.
• Valid Driver's license.
