No pets (we have a cat that doesn't enter this part of the house), NO smoking or vaping indoors, criminal record check required (I care for children in the home). Must be employed full-time or attending school full-time. Not suitable for work from home individuals as I already do and it can get noisy during the week days from 8am to 5pm. Very quiet at night as we sleep upstairs.

$650 for single occupancy, or open to supplying a double bed or single bunkbeds for double occupancy at $900. Damage deposit required. Open to short term and long term arrangements. On bus route 5 minutes from Avery's in Middleton, and 5 minutes from COGS.

Included: bed linens if needed, heat/lights (wood burning stove in winter), wifi, use of main floor kitchen and bathroom, parking, use of outdoor space, access to washer/dryer/clothesline. And yes, I'll finish painting the door just as soon as I remember where I put the paint. Also, a mini fridge will be supplied and put in the room, upon successful tenancy.
