Loveseat with Console.

It is senior owned and has always been in a smoke
and pet free home.

It is in excellent condition and the power mechanism
works perfectly. It has a USB port at both seating positions to charge your devices.
The console can hold your remotes.

It has been well cared for and has always had a throw
on both seating positions. They will be included with the sale
along with the pillows as seen in the pictures.

The reclining mechanism allows you to put the elevation at
any level from slight to fully reclined.

The dimensions are approximately 80 inches wide, 40 inches
deep and 41 inches high.

The structure and the power mechanism make it quite heavy.

The backs come off for transporting and it will require 2 persons for that purpose.
I am unable to assist in any way with the moving of it.

This was bought at Atlantic Home Furnishings. The listed price was $2598.94 with tax.
We got a reduction in the price and paid a total of $1743.94 for it delivered.

I am listing it with an asking price of $575, which is one-third of the original cost.
