Timeframe: Ideally starting Wednesday April 9th for the next 6 – 8 months.
Hours per week: 40 (8am - 4pm Monday to Friday)
Pay: $19 / hr.
Location: Guelph Farm (35 Cooper Drive, Guelph ON)
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Data Entry and Management:
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data in company databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure completeness of information.
- Perform regular data quality checks and correct discrepancies as needed.
Some Key Success Factors / Expectations for the individual selected are the following:
- Good phone voice
- Confidence in basic calculations
- Communications - Good command of the English language, proficiency in reading, written and verbal communications
- Strong computer skills – Experience with Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel, TEAMS and Outlook
- French is an asset but not a necessity
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset
- Experience with decision making is an asset
