About Us:
At Edge Painting, we take pride in delivering high-quality painting services to residential and commercial clients. This summer, we're looking for hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team. No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

This role is perfect for individuals who are coachable, detail-oriented, and eager to work outdoors while earning performance-based pay. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to build valuable skills while making great money, this opportunity is for you.

Position Details:
- Pay: $20-$28 per hour (plus potential bonuses)

- Duration: May to August (exact dates TBD)

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends (weather-dependent)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepping surfaces (cleaning, sanding, taping, etc.) before painting

- Applying paint to interior and exterior surfaces with precision

- Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment

- Collaborating with a team to complete projects on time

- Providing excellent customer service to clients

What We're Looking For:
- Hardworking & reliable – strong work ethic is a must

- Detail-oriented – takes pride in delivering quality results

- Physically capable – able to work outdoors and handle labor-intensive tasks

- Team player – communicates well and works efficiently with others

- Experience is a bonus but not required – we train all new hires
