Durable vinyl flooring, custom mattress in the main sleep area. Couch pulls out to a bed for additional sleep space. One bump out in the kitchen area. Air conditioner and fridge work well- we never did use the stove, sink or washroom in the camper. Has a powered awning. The outside decals have some sun wear. No rips or tears in the furniture, roof is solid with no leaks
