My boyfriend and I are ready to buy our first home to start our family in. Looking for something semi rural (20 minute drive from Thunder Bay would be most ideal).
5-10 acres of land would be prefferable, although this isn't necessarily a dealbreaker for us; privacy is what we value most. We aren't searching for a mansion here; a modest home would fit our needs best.
We understand this is a long-shot given the current housing market and the desirability of what we're looking for, but figured an ad couldn't hurt :)
