The 32 bhds (32-foot bunkhouse dual slide) is one of the best RV floorplans for young families. The rear bunkhouse can comfortably sleep 4-5 kids (we've done more!) It has a pocket door that the kids can close and have their own private space / fort area just for them. The washroom is directly beside the bunkhouse which is great for the kids at night. The bathroom has a shower with skylight and at 6'3”, I can comfortably shower in it. The bathroom can also be accessed from the separate outside door which helps keep the trailer clean.
There is a full kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, gas oven and a 3 burner stove. A large pantry is located immediately beside the fridge. A two-basin kitchen sink completes the kitchen.
Across the kitchen is a u-shaped dinette which comfortably seats 5-6. 2 slide-out seats provide more seating if needed. The table collapses to provide a double bed. The fold-down sofa beside the dinette also sleeps two.
The primary bedroom is located at the front of the trailer and can be closed off with two pocket doors. It has a queen-size bed which lifts on hydraulic hinges to access under-bed storage. There are also closets on both sides of the bed as well as overhead storage.
The entertainment unit separates the primary bedroom from the rest of the trailer. It houses a TV that swivels so it can be watched from either the primary bedroom or the main area of the trailer. A DVD player and speakers provide great sound for movies or music.
The power awning works great. There is a large storage area near the rear passenger side of the trailer as well as flow-through storage at the front. A small gas BBQ attaches to the side of the trailer and quick-connects to the main propane lines. External shower for rinsing off the little ones before going inside.
This trailer has treated us well and has been well maintained. No accidents and never smoked in. Despite its age, it has only been towed about 10,000 km, and it's seen very little use since 2016. Some items will need attention. Tires have plenty of tread but are getting old. Inside, some of the linoleum flooring has split due to dryness. Both easy fixes that are built into the price.
We are also selling the tow vehicle – a 2008 E-350 12 passenger diesel van (in amazing condition and with incredibly low mileage.)
