Made arrangements to ship Grizzly engine from NFLD to Cape Breton. Requires transportation fee to ship. Accepted payment for shipping. Item was never sent over on the ferry it was scheduled for. Quit replying 1 hour after the item was due to arrive at the ferry terminal. Made contact hours later claiming he was going to refund some of the money and said the item was still in transit. Instead sent a REQUEST for $100 in FRENCH hoping I wouldn't notice (meaning if I had accepted I'd have paid him another $100). Even memoed the request as “$100 delivery fee returned”. Went silent again after he was called out on this additional scam!
