About Us:

At Comox Edge Painting, we specialize in delivering high-quality painting services to residential and commercial clients. We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team for the summer. No previous painting experience? No problem – we provide full training!

For this position, we are looking for coachable individuals with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity to not only be paid based on your performance but also gain valuable skills and enjoy the perks of working an outdoor job with other like-minded people.

Pay: $20-28 per hour.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)
- Apply paint to interior and/or exterior surfaces with precision and care
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Work collaboratively with a team to meet project deadlines
- Deliver outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For:
- Hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn new skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Painting experience sets you apart from other applicants
- No painting experience is required, but a positive attitude and coachability are a must

Schedule:
- May to August (exact dates TBD)
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on weather
