Selling our demo bunkie concept from our business. The bunkie is built solid with premium-grade lumber, stained and sealed with high quality architectural products. This is not a flimsy structure like those sold by other bunkie builders. This is a weathertight shell only structure, meaning it is not finished on the inside but does come with most of the insulation to insulate the "walls". All materials are new, the bunkie was never used. Can no longer continue building due to health reasons. Asking $4500 (no tax). Finished models retail for $7400 HST. Has premium black metal hardware and door accents. Will need a towing company to move to your desired location. Bunkie is currently elevated for easy loading.
