Operated for one season before I moved out of an old apartment and stored ever since. Works beautifully with a lot of life left. Comes with remote control, retractable exhaust vent and window bracket. Works great in windows that don't like shaker units. I used this in a casement window (crank open) with some aesthetically pleasing white foam for gaps. Rolls on wheels and super easy to cart to whatever room. Weighs around 40lbs. Paid well over $400 Canadian so I'm selling at a very fair price. Act now before the climate nazi's jack up the prices even more this season.
