Purchased brand new on August 25, 2024 (original price $329.99). Used for about a month and has been stored carefully in its box indoors since. Remote and instructions are missing and we were unable to set up the A/C with the mobile app so do NOT buy if you really want a "Smart" A/C. It works fully just fine by using the buttons on the machine. It has a "quiet" setting and it works pretty good, for an air conditioner. Good amount of power and kept our 1 bedroom, ~400 sq ft apartment nicely cool. It is VERY HEAVY. Pick-up only. I suggest bringing something to load it on.
